Set within the quiet grid of DHA, No. 85 is a warm, sculptural home designed around light and longevity. Soft-toned surfaces and intentional lighting carve depth into the space, creating moments that shift throughout the day. The facade plays with rhythm and recess, offering privacy without shutting the house off from its surroundings. Built with durability and ease in mind, the home reflects a clear design language: grounded, refined, and made to feel lived in from the very first day.

The house was carefully oriented to make the most of natural light, with skylights and openings placed to create soft, indirect illumination throughout the day. At night, custom lighting warms the spaces and highlights texture — allowing the architecture to shift mood without excess.

Materials were chosen for their feel as much as their function: textured plaster, matte surfaces, and natural stone elements that age well and require little upkeep. The result is a home that feels both thoughtful and lived-in — where quiet details reveal themselves over time.
